On July 4, 2022, the historic Montague Inn in Saginaw opened its lush, eight-acre estate to the public for the viewing of the Saginaw fireworks show. More than 400 people showed up to experience the event, which took place at dusk. Earlier in the evening, the Inn featured live music in its Guitar Arena performance area, catered cuisine from Taste of Punjab, ice cream and sno-cones, and local artists. The fireworks were shot from Ojibway Island, directly across Lake Linton, giving attendees a front-row, overhead view of the pyrotechnics, which lasted 45 minutes.
